Back in the saddle
What's up, Team? I am an avid runner in my early 60s. My favorite distance is 10K. While training for a run in February, I had a bad fall and damaged my hamstring. After lots of PT, stretching, and 3 months off, I am ready to get back on the road! I am currently getting ready to run in The "16.19" half-marathon in September.
