@Jade Barron This makes me genuinely happy to hear! My awakening made me very alone, and still does to this day. Lost friends, family, everything. But on the plus side, I gained knowledge and a level of consciousness that I wouldn’t trade for the world ❤️

Testing
I sent my labs for my cortisol to my PCP for a courtesy, since I paid for the labs myself and she sent me a message back that said “I would not have prescribed this test, therefore I can’t help you.” WTF.? What kind of a doctor says that?

These are the ranges I referenced when I did my test. Mine was 236 or something. Not good 😣

@Traci Simpson The test I did was the 24 hour urinary cortisol test. That image I posted was just a screen shot from a website showing you what normal ranges are, so you can interpret your results without the doctor.
