Here’s what us Gurus don’t tell you! The quickest way to a deal is “joint venture”. Notice how every guru says “ send us your deals”, or every guru is a dispo master but not an acquisition master. That’s because “joint ventures” are the easiest way to get a deal done. So, if you’re looking to get a deal done quickly, just partner up with someone. Help someone out in the group.
