After 1st SC competition, Kornelia broke 2 goals (she didn't have 100 breast on competition). The results were: 1:14:08 100 free, 32:23 50 free ...I guess goals were too easy ☺️

Welcome in the MindGym For Swimmers! This is a community to help competitive swimmers get rid of pre-race anxiety. And swim faster than you EVER have!! ❤️ Step #1: Before you do anything else, get your custom 30-day improvement plan here. 💭 Step #2: What's your dream for swimming? Vote below. 🖐 Step #3: Introduce yourself to the community by commenting on this post. You can copy this template if you want: Name Your Age Current Location Your #1 goal this season Your FAVORITE GIF 🚀 Step #4: When you've done Steps 1-3, start your MindGym journey: - Getting started on Skool - Watch The 5 Simple Steps to Overcome Pre-Race Anxiety - Pre-Race Confidence course Want my attention? I volunteer quite some time to deliver you the tools that the sports psychologist of Michael Phelps taught me FOR FREE. When I send you a welcome DM, you'll get my attention if you act like a decent human being and say hi back 😊 🚨 WARNING: If you APPLY (=implement, use, do...) what I teach inside the Pre-Race Confidence course, you will swim faster than ever - especially under pressure. Don't change anything, the system is perfect. But you have to do the work! If you're just consuming videos and don't change your behavior, YOU HAVE LEARNT NOTHING!! 🚨🚨 Even if it feels weird to engage in the community, do it anyways. Get over yourself and start contributing to the growth of the other members here. Fun fact: You know why you suck at the individual race in the morning and then are killin' it in the relay just a couple hours later? It's because you automatically get out of your own way when you make it about others. And the pre-race anxiety that you're struggling with right now is because you're in your own way.

@Kamila Drozdíková Kamila, you are on the right place, I' m sure. My daughter and I are following this group only a few weeks now and I can see already that she growes mentaly. Just to see that she is not the only one, that there are kids all around that have same problems...Just don' t give up and don' t listen to negative people around you 🤞

@Gemma Foulds hello, I think that it all depends on a child. My daughter had 13 hours of trainning last year and I noticed it was really too much for her. But she is 11. Every month, after her period she was sick. And sickness lasted for at least 7 days...her immune system was bad, she didn't sleep enough, and she also wanted to be perfect at school. It was too much. So, we decided she will not go to training od sundays, and if she had rough weekend on saturday. And that worked well for her...od course, we tried to upper her immunity system, and forced her to be more regular with her sleep. This year I see that she has much strenght, I guess she is older. But her training are harder this year

@Aude Prd in a few day I will attend one nutrirtion course, and ask this question. I'll be happy to share in the group. In my experience, it is not very wise to tell that, but when my daugher won't eat anything before and during competition, I put a peace of chocolade in her bag. I know it's fast energy but I see that it helps. And it' s not some healthy bar, it's like Kinder Bueno. Sweeter the better 🙈

@Chloe Butlin hahah, yes sleeping us also a problem. When you ask qustions about meal before competition, usual answer is carbohydrates and some proteins, not too much. But if you can't open your mouth because of stress, for me it can only make things worse. On the other hand, I just met one nutritionist that is also kinesiologist and sportist, and he suggested in that situation some sweet juice. So i guess we're on a good way with that rough energy 😀. I am to meet him soon, and very curious what he will tell me
