Value Learning Post 2024 (2) ‼️
Pt2. of the 11 sales training basics we all must master. Tip 7: Don’t fear losing a sale - If you live in fear during a call your prospect will notice & take control & start to interrupt & not take you serious. - The man that says he will & wont are usually correct. Tip 8: Give world class service - You are there to ultimately help them. - Doctor’s mindset 🥼 . Tip 9: Learn how to persuade - Transference of emotion 🔁. - I have all these feelings & emotions about my service & my vision & i need to transfer that onto my prospect. Tip 10: Never stop learning ❌ - Once you prove yourself you need to stay hungry. - If you go to sleep on a win, you will wake up on a loss. - Never stop being a student of the game. Tip 11: Never get comfortable - The thing you want is on the other side of discomfort. - Become comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Heavy on tip 11, everyone should learn to become comfortable with being uncomfortable, you NEVER want to be comfortable doing something, because when you feel uncomfortable it can lead you to be more motivation, growth and wellbeing
Value Learning Post 2024 ‼️ (1)
After the holidays we all need a good refresh of knowledge so here is my take away from a video i watched this morning with a buddy of mine 👥. The 11 sales training basics we all must master. This post will be split into two cause it would be quite a bit to read fr. Tip 1: More than likely what you’ve been told is wrong. - Match skill with hard work = Hard work can only get you so far. If you don’t build upon your skill you will fall. Tip 2: Become the complete opposite of what you believe a salesperson is. - What would people think of sales people? Most likely sleazy, liars, robbers etc. - What would they think after meeting you? Tip 3: LEARN. Have mentors that have gone where you want to go, that have the things you want. - Use your training in action. - What is practice in private shines in public 🌟. Tip 4: Do your homework 📄 - Learn & study your business/industry. - 90% is people learning & 10% is service learning. Tip 5: Have a training system ♾️ - Time management 🕰️ . - Dedicate training during the day. - 1 Hour of training a week is 52 hours a year & 1 hour a day is 365 hours a year. Your choice. Tip 6: Ask good questions and get good information. - This will allow the sale to branch off into countless directions which will allow you to adapt to change. - The customer doesn’t want to hear you when they haven’t been heard themselves.

ROLE PLAY JOURNEY PT3.
I ain’t even gonna lie, this role play with Ramses has giving me a boost in confidence. There was mistakes that were made yes but i noticed them instantly. Yes i was stuttering a bunch & wasn’t sure at times but improvement was made. The negative feedback that i got from Ramses was that at times it sounded scripty but from my knowledge it wasn’t too much & the fact i wasn’t implementing pauses as much as i could’ve which i noticed now. The positive feedback that i got was that i was so much more authentic than i’ve ever been so far which i’m absolutely gassed with as i’ve struggled to find that side of myself. Active listening was also noticed which is so vital for showing you care so i’m gassed about that! I also strayed away from asking the same question that i noticed a bunch of times in my other calls. Active listening made that happen 🌟 Guys if your feeling unmotivated or disheartened when it comes to failing or not doing well in role plays, trust me it’s all a part of the process. Your gonna have days where you aren’t doing well but they’re the days that count. Keep going my people 🤩

DAILY VALUE LEARNING POST ❗️
Four Tens. I definitely wanna touch in this subject again because it’s what’s gonna make all of us close 100% of the time if we implement each ten. So of course we all know each of the four tens are, 10/10 certainty for the service, you as the closer, the company itself & themselves. The foundation of how to get all would be 10/10 service which more than likely most prospects will like, that’s why they’re on call with you but that then leads to them needing 10/10 certainty for yourself as the closer. You see it’s all well & good them loving the service but if they don’t trust you they will never buy ❌. You have to essentially sell yourself 🙋🏼‍♂️. So how do we do this? Take control of the situation!!!! Without control, you cannot in a million years create certainty because they won’t have no respect for you bum ass if your a sleazy salesperson. If we take control of the call it will open up a universe 🌠of opportunity which then makes every sale the same meaning your closing percentage will increase a whole lot as you know what’s coming. A great example of this would be how John handles his calls. To make the prospect trust him, he’s essentially that friend you need in your life, the one that’s real with you & the one that words his statements in a way of taking accountability. This right here can easily make people trust you as your being real with them but REMEMBER, always use the correct tonality because if you don’t, the prospect will be like who tf is this guy to tell me to change 😒. Remember people, tonality, body language & certain language patterns are what’s going to change the game. Implement each in daily life to get used to it & trust me, you’ll notice how much it effects your role plays. As always i’m routing for everyone of you. Keep going 🤩

💯 bro. the four tens are so vital if you want to close the deal
ROLE PLAY JOURNEY PT1.
For my first documentation i want to mention mine & Ramses role play call. We each acted as a prospect that is insanely closed off ❌. What i personally need to focus on is just becoming my authentic self & having a structure but not following a script. I felt like i was saying more than i needed to & need to focus on keeping certain aspects short & sweet 🍬. I felt as if because i was focusing on following a specific framework & script i wasn’t allowing myself to have a flowing genuine conversation. Ramses did indeed make it hard for me to dig deep but the first part of the call i would say i had flow but i need to focus on becoming myself to implement genuine care to the prospect 🙋🏼‍♂️. Role plays are all about being honest with ourselves & knowing where we went wrong because we aren’t always going to get it right. I hope this sheds some light on those that don’t want to do bad straight away 🙏🏼.
