Find A Niche, Pain Point, & AI Tool To Solve It (in under 2 minutes)
Got tinkering over the weekend and made my first AI tool. Mostly for myself. But thought rockstars might get a kick out of it too? I type in a bit of work life experience and some of my interests. It pops out niches I relate to, with pains to solve now, and simple AI tool suggestions to solve them… AI tools simple enough to build in a couple of hours and rent out to them. It also gives me a few NEERs who would benefit getting this tool to their peeps. Not gonna lie, this AI stuff got me more excited than finding the house with unguarded bowls of full size candy bars on halloween. I got a few more tweaks to make on it. But wondering, when it’s ready would you like to take it for a spin?

Toy Story Turnaround with Little Plastic Bricks
I remember my first LEGO set as a kid. It was a full medieval castle complete with dungeon, little knights, and working drawbridge. It was so cool. I had a blast putting it together and played with that thing for hours and hours. So I’m excited to share this little licensing history tidbit with y’all about one of my most favorite toys as a kid. In 1932 there’s a Danish carpenter named Ole Kirk Christiansen. Times were tough, and nobody was buying furniture. So Ole started making wooden toys instead. He named his company "LEGO," which means "play well" in Danish. In 1949, LEGO started making plastic bricks. They could snap together to build almost anything. Kids loved them, and LEGO grew and grew. But then, in the 1990s and early 2000s, something not-so-awesome happened. Kids were getting bored with just bricks. They wanted video games and cool tech toys. LEGO tried making all sorts of new stuff - clothes, theme parks, and even weird bricks that didn't fit with the old ones. By 2004, LEGO was in big trouble. They were losing a TON of money - like, hundreds of millions of dollars. Enter our hero: Jørgen Vig Knudstorp. At 35 years young and the first non-family member to lead LEGO, Jørgen had a big job ahead of him - save LEGO! One day, while walking around the office, Jørgen had an epiphany (I like to imagine it was triggered by him stepping on a LEGO piece). “Wait a minute," he thought, "LEGO isn't just a toy. It's a way to tell stories!" Jørgen called a big meeting. "Listen up, team," holding a little LEGO minifigure. "This little guy could be in movies, video games, and theme parks. We just need to team up with the right people!" Some of the more unsure types were all like, “But we make toys!” Jørgen smiled and said, "We won't make movies or games. We'll let other companies use our brand to make cool stuff. It's called licensing!" So, LEGO started making deals. Their first big win? LEGO Star Wars! Kids could now build the Millennium Falcon brick by brick.

I once heard somebody smart say, "Find one more use out of it" That's what our hero did in the Lego story. P.S. Keep these stories coming, and probably find one more use out of these stories. :)
Facebook Page with over 3 MM Followers - How to Monetize?
I met a guy who has a FB page with a massive following. The niche is not commercial in any way. (It a history page) He is looking for ways to monetize the page beyond what FB pays him for ads. His idea was to create a coffee brand but I told him he is better off reaching out to active followers and asking them what they would buy if he offered it. Any ideas?

@Marlon Phillips Do they have a website? Put articles on website, send traffic, and monetize it with Mediavine or Ezoic. Also put a newsletter on website and grab their email. Sell sponsorship for newsletter.
Licence this Dental product as your own, sell for 3K upwards!
Hi Guys If you've been wanting to get in on the action of licencing and get your own product you could sell for north of 3K (for free), then read on... A fellow member here @Mark Pocock who is a professional copy writer created a marketing package a few years ago for a local dentist that not only saved his practice, but generated more growth 4 weeks than his previous 15 years in business! When you consider a full treatment of implants can cost around $35,000...selling a package like this for 3K would be a steal for them. It's never been sold to the public so anybody taking this on would get a serious head start. All we would ask would be a percentage of the sale, or a set fee per sale, something we can discuss if you're interested. Hint: Whilst you could sell it onesey twosey, why not do do what Travis teaches and put it into the hands of somebody who could sell a ton of these, like a dental supplier, or a Dental FB / Skool group owner? DM me if you want to talk more and see the package. The package includes (all in editable document format): 26 letter / email promotions 1 Appointment Card template 31 Adverts 1 Customer referral template 1 Customer collector template 1 Lead Magenet 1 Dental Sign 1 Quick Start guide for Dentists to use the product 5 Web pages for a website All the best, Phil and Mark

@Phil Wheatley Thanks. I can go to any PLR site or ChatGPT/Claude and get a package like this with all the deliverables and more. How is this different than those packages? I think you have something with that dentist story, but you would have to figure that out. Dentists don't want packages, templates, and websites. They want to do more implants and less teeth whitening. If you have something to help them do more implants, any agency/freelancer servicing dentists would love to license that from you.

@Phil Wheatley Not as of now.
How to figure out the present pain of someone (when they won't even respond?)
ive been reaching out to group owners and youtube channel owners (for endorsed traffic type deals and distribution)... but have a 90%+ ignore rate lol. i think that has a big part to do with what @Travis Sago likes to talk about : "better to address present pain instead of future gain, if you want the person to take action and respond" instead of mentioning "future gain" benefits like: - looking like a hero to your audience and having them appreciate you more - an extra source of monetization when partnering with me - helping solve some of your audience's pain points - not asking or requiring from you to do much effort at all, barely lift a finger (ill take care of everything) having a hard time figuring out that present pain in them that if i bring it up, they would stop ignoring my outreach... any ideas?

@Basel Hakim I would start with something like this: ----------------------------------------------------------- Hey Luis, Loved selling to private equity companies video. I'm going to binge-watch the other videos. Thank you --------------------------------------------------------------- Shut up and wait for them to respond. Their response would decide your response. If they don't respond after 3 days, do something valuable for them: ---------------------------------------------------------------- Hey Luis, I was going through your [Name of the video] And loved the insight [Mention it] I feel more people should be familiar with it, so I cut it out for you: LINK Feel free to post it on TT or IG, or use it as you like. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Shut up and wait for them to respond. Their response would decide your response. If they don't respond after 3 days, move on to the next prospect. Or pitch them if you desperately want to work with them.
