I am MUCH more relaxed staying away from my ipad and iphone for at least 90 minutes after I get up. I read my bible, pray, have a cup of tea, snuggle with our dog and watch the sun come up.
7 hours last night. Turned off my iphone and ipad. Have stopped looiking at them first thing in the a.m. Am waiting an hour or more. I feel much less stressed!
