Hi I'm Heather and my goal is to lose 30 to 50 pounds IF that is possible Currently I have a workout app that I really love and I follow a strength training course 3x a week and either walk my dogs or do bike rides 2 to 3x a week I do have an app where I was tracking my macros but every few weeks I stop tracking for a while I think I have a consistency problem??? I do meal plan for the week and I plan my meals around protein a carb and veggies I do protein shakes for breakfast and yogurt and fruit for snacks I'm pretty consistent during the week but then on the weekends we go out to eat usually Chinese, BBQ chicken, ice cream ect Currently the scale goes up and down so I haven't seen progress on it but I can tell my clothes fit better
