DAY 75/90 Man I didn’t realize 9 days had passed since I last checked in. I’ve been busy working out and working on that damn RC Car for my friend. I’ll never do that again. I measured my waist and I’m at 33 inches so tomorrow will be day 76 so I’m going to see if I can’t get to 32 inches in roughly two weeks.

DAY 81/90 I don’t really have much to say. I workout 7 days a week still eat a high protein low calorie diet. Something I didn’t do was stay up on my water intake and I got a bad U.T.I. going on I went and had a urinalysis and blood work done today. Maybe by Monday I’ll be on the proper antibiotics to take care of it. Then on the 5th I have Botox surgery on my bladder so the next 10 days are going to be rough. But a couple days after that surgery I’ll just have a little blood in my urine but I’ll be alright. And I'm not far from my goal of 32 inches I'm just under 33 so that's good.

Workout music?
So, what are your fav workout tracks to motivate you to push yourself. I've got a bit of a mix of stuff on my 'gympanzee' playlist (so named by my son lol!) but am finding when I'm pushing myself with the weights on the rickshaw a bit of Rage Against the Machine gets me in the right head zone
