we got most of are clients using very simple weekly / bi- weekly mowing door hangers and word of mouth from a few clients I am also thinking of hiring a 5 man team next spring rush for the first 3 months is there anything I need to worry about or take in consideration when executing the plan?

@Connor Hutchison So I’ve been passing out door hangers an that has been very good but when I actual go door to door knocking no one opens the door or no one’s home is there a specific time that I need to go door to door knocking or do I just keep doing what I’m doing?

Hey my name is george, I am currently 19 years old and I am always looking to learn new ideas and better myself. I was born and raised in concord north carolina, currently I am the owner and General Manager at Yawzeirs landscaping. The end of this month will mark are 6 month in buisiness we are currently in growth mode with around 130 reacuring accounts. Are mission is to always provide the finest premium service to each and everyone of are clients and to make sure all are employees are able to grow themselves and have the best working enviroment possible . The current Goal at yawzeirs landscaping is to hit 230 reacuring accounts by june 30 and then switch to profit mode for the rest of the year. My biggest goal at yawzeirs landscaping is to build a mega location in my home town I truly belive within the next 2-3 years this goal of mine will come to fruition. This group can best help me by providing Knowledge and helping me improve myself, I belive with that being said I will carry on the knowledge and spread it not just to people in the landscaping industry but to asspiring entreprenuers.
