Post Your Breath Hold (Week 47: Nov 18th - Nov 24th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! 🧑‍🏫 Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it 😎) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post at least 3 times before the week is over, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course 😎 Also, a warm welcome to all the members that have joined us last week: @Nick Stokes @Zsolt Dr. Sebestyen @Ulric Pattillo @Maria Romero @Simon Laevers @Jane Berg @Stephan Oelkers @Gesa Stolting @Gilles Beaudin @Bettina Zimmermann @Regina N @Kimberly Palmer @Matthew Newton Ede @Umma Kannayan @Anna-sophie Christensen @Christian Christensen

Post Your Breath Hold (Week 47: Nov 18th - Nov 24th)
@Theo Albrecht Welcome 🌞
Week 7, Day 1 Another meditation with breath-holds. Breath-hold (Controlled Pause), then 30 seconds of reduced breathing. After that, 2 and a half minutes of meditation. Repeat 3 times more, and finish it with a Controlled Pause and 30 seconds of reduced breathing. 0:43 0:50 0:55 0:48 0:57 I also did apnea jogging this evening, with ten sets of breath-holds. I did 10 seconds of breath-hold, followed by 30 seconds of reduced breathing. After that, breathed normally for a minute. Repeat 9 more times. It felt great! Happy breathing (or breath-holding) everyone! 🫁🐬

Post Your Breath Hold (Week 46: Nov 11th - Nov 17th)
@Bettina Zimmermann I like the sound of "breath-pause". I will try to meet my inner dolphin tomorrow too, I would love to hear about your experience 🌞
@Denis Blanchard Ideally you only drink water during the fast, sugar have some caloric content in it. But it depends on the goal of the fast.

Post Your Breath Hold (Week 45: Nov 4th - Nov 10th)
@Denis Blanchard Reduced breathing is inhaling less than usual (70% or less of our usual inhalation) and exhaling slower than usual. Reduced breathing after a breath-hold (or Control Pause, in Buteyko methodology) is done to induce air hunger.
Week 5, Day 4: Exhale breath-hold (Buteyko breathing). 0:34 0:27 0:33 0:38 0:43 Breath-hold, then 2 minutes of reduced breathing, then one minute of breathing normally. Repeat 4 more times. I did some apnea walking today too! Nowadays I just copy paste the template for my previous day's post, and just replace the breath-hold times. I was kinda pre-occupied lately. Happy breathing everyone! 🐬🫁
