Little bit about me, I currently play NCAA Div. 3 just outside of Philadelphia for Neumann University. The goal in this free hockey training community is to spread the love, share with you my knowledge and help get you past where I’ve been able to rise in my career. Although your aspirations to play at the highest level is no where near easy. It’s something we can work on together. Because in all honestly, it’s only a few changes that need to be made in your life that can actually make a life changing difference for you. @Massem Haider each letter is a super set for example A1- speed russian lunge A2- alt drop db rows. this means you would do the speed russian lunges then alt drop db rows back to back with no rest inbetween then when your done both exercises you would rest. if it’s a solo letter like D1-iso bicep curl hold then you would only do that exercise and rest before moving to the next letter.

i got feedback from nahl coaches from fairbanks at a camp that they want to see me get faster, better puck handling and get stronger stronger this off season and i’ll get a main camp invite next year. i also got invited to damburys main camp which is in a couple weeks so i need some help preparing for that.

@Luke Croucher i lift about 3x a week i try to sprint 2-3x per week and do a body weight hiit workout 2x a week. i’m on the ice 1x a week for now until late july.
