I have practiced breathing about a year ago while running. I have tried it on the treadmill, couldn't read my pulse. The focus of what was described in the live session, I saw my focus is showing an aura. I thought that was interesting. Thank you sifu john for having me in your training.

Time and focus
I understood videos and books but it's not the same as a walkthrough/real time instructor on what to do with that energy. I can see this style is time and focus. My focus side needs to meditate

Healing
I have something awesome to share with the Wing Chun community. Prior to starting training with Sifu John my mind and body was a mess. Physically I was so drained and my knees, back and ankle were so bad that I couldn't walk or do anything really physical. It made me so depressed unhappy to be in so much pain all the time. My mind was so clogged up with bad programming from feeding it negative youtube videos. I was so angry with my situation Since I've learnt to be in Alignment and to Let Go my mind has cleared up, my anger and grief is gone and I have a happiness and joy that I haven't felt for years. The amazing thing too is my body is healing it self, the pain in my back is going and the muscles are loosening up. The knee pain has disappeared and my ankle feels stronger then ever. I have so much gratitude to Sifu John and everyone in the community. It's been great to meet new people through the Online training too. Has any one else felt a sense of healing, both physically and mentally? Please share I would love to know every ones story 😊 😊 😊 Sending ✌️,love and Kung Fu ❤️ 💯

Feeling new again
For several years, tightness in neck and upper back due to tension and high stress, resulting in head aches and just feeling bad. About a 1 1/2 years ago, really started working on ways to relax, mind and body…dusted off the Wing Chun I had learned and found other tutorials for new training, even Tai Chi 24 form. After pounds of Exederine and Tylenol, joint suppilements and an Ulser. Still in a stressful job, but stress free due to centering and focusing on mental peace. Additionally, use to take a couple of sleep aids to fall asleep due to busy mind. I have freed myself from sleep aids and only take 2 vitamin supplements with no prescription medications (I can brag since I am soon to be 63) I thank Sifu Jon for opening his doors, 1 first saw his teachings on Tic Tok and became motivated again. I had never heard the internal energy explained like he does. Awesome and many thanks again @Sifu John Cogan . Search for peace, be patient and peace will find you..

1st time in live session
During the meditation my focus was tring to process alot, like the little white ball is acting like a white black hole obsorbing the negative around it. This is intriguing.
