The four fundamental ways to get new customers or clients
- Paid Advertising: This encompasses platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Facebook, where businesses pay for attention, leads, appointments, and clients. While paid advertising can yield quick results, it often leads to diminishing returns over time. - Outreach: This includes cold calls, cold DMs, cold emails, and even door knocking. Similar to paid advertising, outreach involves sacrificing resources like time, energy, and money in exchange for attention and, ultimately, clients. This method, like paid advertising, is subject to diminishing returns. - Referrals: This strategy relies on leveraging existing clients to acquire new ones. Satisfied clients can become advocates for a business, recommending its products or services to their network. Referrals can create "acquisition loops", where one client leads to multiple new clients without requiring additional effort beyond providing exceptional service. - Organic Content: Creating valuable content, such as YouTube videos, blog posts, or social media updates, can attract and engage a target audience. While organic content is often perceived as free, it still demands an investment of time, energy, and potentially even money for equipment or team support. Organic content, unlike paid advertising and outreach, offers the potential for infinite returns, as a single piece of content can continue to generate leads over time.

What exactly are AI Infrastructures?
I want to share some of my knowledge I've collected over the course of running my own AI Infrastructure business I think of AI Infrastructures as a group of "AI Systems" that can be implanted into a business to solve common problems for example Lead Generation. There are many versions of these "AI Systems" and most people will tell you they have "their own special system" - they don't. It usually boils down to this. Organic Content Creation/Paid Ads at the top of the funnel. Moving down this is where the AI really kicks in, VSL/CSL creation to collect data from members of your ICP who opted into your funnel, in exchange for a lead magnet etc. We can then call upon AI Voice Agents and Chatbots (AI Entities that can be inputted with custom "knowledge" and draw upon this to phone or message leads) to interact with leads, nurturing them to ultimately book a call. It obviously goes alot deeper than this but I hope this simplified it a bit. If this post was helpful for you drop a 👍

Why client retention is cheaper than client acquisition
Many businesses focus heavily on client acquisition and lead generation campaigns, but often overlook the value of nurturing existing clients. Retaining clients is not only more cost-effective than acquiring new ones, but it also strengthens long-term relationships, yet it is frequently underappreciated. Here are some strategies to minimise your churn rate: -Identify Client Preferences, Not all clients should be treated the same. Some may prefer a more hands-off approach, content with weekly updates on progress. Others may want to be more actively involved and expect frequent check-ins and detailed reports. Tailor your communication style to suit each client’s preferences. -Consistent Communication, Maintain regular, transparent communication to keep clients informed about the status of their project. This builds trust and reassures them that you are on track and attentive to their needs. -Under-Promise, Over-Deliver, Set realistic expectations and avoid making promises you can’t keep. Aim to exceed client expectations by delivering more than what was initially agreed upon. -Accountability and Honesty, If a project is taking longer than expected, communicate this promptly and transparently. Demonstrating accountability and honesty fosters trust and strengthens client relationships over the long term. By focusing on these elements, you can reduce churn and retain valuable clients. If you don’t have your first client yet, keep going. This post isn't for you :)

I closed $1,000,000 of inbound agency revenue from LinkedIn.
I’m giving away the swipe file of posts I use to get people flooding my DMs, asking to pay me, for free. It has hundreds of high-performing posts for agency owners, tagged by their objective: 👉 Listicles 👉 Carousels 👉 Brand story 👉 Cheat sheets 👉 Social engagement 👉 ”Steal my process” 👉 Industry info/commentary And honestly, I wouldn’t even call this a swipe file. It’s a doc that literally holds your hand to writing LinkedIn posts that fill your calendar with inbound leads. To make it easy for you, for each post, I: 👉 Identify the one key reason the post performed so well 👉 Turn the hook into a template (so you can plug your info in) 👉 Share how you can make the high-performing post even better Over 5,000 agency owners already have this. Comment SWIPE and follow and I'll send it to you.
