@Martin Krejci Right on. Pumping cold email campaigns is a really solid strategy. I'm doing the same thing. My goals are pretty similar: - Be consistent with cold email and send 10k personalized emails/month minimum - Building my brand on Youtube and being a thought-leader on using Agents to create One Person Businesses - Doubling down on productizing my cold email + AI SDR agent offers and just making it easier and easier for me to deliver AI sales solutions for businesses I thought about doing AI marketing but there are just too many variables and it feels much more straightforward to build a solid business model in cold email setup, AI SDR, CRM setup and propsoal generation (aka every step of the sales process) than to try to build agents that can understand people's brands and post for them -- plus there's just way too much risk in posting someone's marketing content for them and that's just not a game I want to play.

Now Im actually pretty sold tbh.. Leads Rapidly is pretty baller Right so I've ran nearly 10k leads from these today for $50 during an Apollo trial The filters I used in Apollo were: Industry Management Level Country/Region Likely to Respond "Validated" love the BS on this from Apollo As you can see in the pics I took nearly 9.5k leads from them today The second and third picture is the results after running them through Email Verification on Listkit.. Total Data Set: 9.4k 7,428 Verified 1,909 Binned 79% Verified, for $50 isn't bad at all.. I still have 1.5k credits in Leads Rapidly, as you get 1k for signing up.. I will 100% be using this for my next 10k as well.. that's actually pretty mental value That would work out to $0.00633c per lead if the 79% verified holds up over more!

@Philip Mudhir I'm definitely triple verifying now after I just hit some scary bounce rate numbers that put my domains at risk. It's just stupid to be burning through domains and constantly warming up inboxes

I've found their verification system doesn't work well. I just verified all of my emails in one campaign and a shit ton of the ones they verified bounced, and this is double verified between anymail finder and instantly verified. I'm going to triple verify now. Listkit, Anymail and Instantly or perhaps just Listkit and Instantly
What 2025 Looks like!
So this is the roadmap and ramp up stage for me and I want to CRUSH my goals in 2025.. Copy this if you want to crush it as well! I have 3 industry verticals I'm targeting and this is how its going to work: - 6k Data Set for EACH vertical. - Each Vertical Data Set will be split into 2 x 3k lists. Each will have their own Campaign in Instantly. so 2 campaigns in each vertical each with a single 3k data set - So that's 18k leads I need at least 70% enriched and ready to rock and roll in Instantly by the 6th of Jan (first full week back in business) - The sequence will be 3 emails long - nothing extreme - 54,000 emails to complete the entire sequence inside of 1 month - 54k / 20 working days Jan 2025 ( minus the first week because of the way it falls) - 2700 emails per day required - 20 outbound emails per inbox - 135 inbox's I have 35.. I need to buy 100 more So That's going to be 33-34 domains Need at least 21 days warm up (so purchasing these asap). So 18k if all the offers and the copy are right! 1-2% response rate target: - 180-360 responses 10-20% Positive Response - 18-72 leads 40% industry "average" close rate for outbound leads - 7.2 - 28.8 total deals Average deal size right now £12k - £84k - £336k Total Revenue Potential. Alongside this All 18k leads will be pushed into a LinkedIn Campaign. MAX connection requests per day = 75 on Dripify max plan 2,250 Max over a month - Dips 50-60 over 25% of days 2000 on average - Target of 20 leads over this data set - 12-14 booking rate - 4-5 proposals - 2-3 deals Another 24-36k revenue + 450/600 future network to cultivate Total Spend: $937 on top of what I am now Total Retained Revenue Growth Goal for Q1: - £104k - £372k Q1 Community and Other Targets: - Brand Awareness Growth - 300% over Q1 - Guest Coaching Growth - 200% over Q1 - Course Systemisation and Growth - 200% over Q1 - 30/60/90 Blueprint Deployed - Early Q1 - 90+ Day AI Agency Accelerator - Pre Sign Ups Early Q1 - Only for people that have hit $10k+ - 1-2-1 Coaching will open back up with a systemised approach - Back end of Q1
