Q&A-Business Dev & Marketing is happening in 28 hours
Our community is growing!
Phil and I are thrilled to see our community growing and love the incredible interactions we’ve had with so many of you. We’re deeply invested in making this the best possible resource to help you start and grow your Automation Agency. But we need your input to make it even better. The truth is, building a successful business takes sacrifice and unwavering commitment. We can create blueprints, courses, and a mountain of resources, but none of it matters if you’re not willing to put in the work. Success isn’t accidental—it’s the result of consistent effort, focus, and a willingness to push through challenges. We want every single member of this community to go from startup mode to life-changing monthly recurring revenue (MRR). But the hard truth is, we can’t want it more than you do. You have to show up every day, take action, and do what’s necessary to move one step closer to your goal. So, let me ask you: What’s holding you back? What will help you fully commit to this journey and see it through? We’re here to support you every step of the way, and we’re always open to suggestions on how we can better help you reach your goals. But remember—tools and resources are only as powerful as the effort you put into using them. This is your moment to decide: Are you ready to commit and do what it takes to build the business and life you’ve been working toward? Let us know how we can help you get there.

Those 2025 Warm Up plans
Make.com 🆚 N8N
Hey folks! 👋 I've noticed that many of you are starting to use n8n instead of Make—and it seems like you're quite satisfied with it! What are the key benefits you've experienced? And how does it stack up in terms of ease of use and learning curve? 🤔 Actually, I think this could make for a great topic in the Monday Q&A session. What do you think, @Philip Mudhir ? 😊

23/12 - Live Q&A -Bus Dev/Client Acquisition
Anyone that isn't Crushing it yet.. this is where you can get the burning questions answered to get you out the gate!! Ok all my agents out there, we settled VERY convincingly on the 23rd as a replacement date for the Q&A.. As always these sessions are 100% for you guys to get your questions answered around anything to do with Business Dev, Client Acquisition, Marketing etc etc.. So we can get as much value out of the 1.5 hours as possible, drop any questions below 👇🏻 The format we will follow is pretty straight forward.. We will answer any questions in this feed first.. then when we run out we will put it to the people in the chat Live and everything will be recorded and then shared once it’s been edited down. Get your questions in and I’ll do my best to answer them all 💡

How to Automate Email Scraping and Organize Leads in Google Sheets
Hey there! If you're looking to automate the process of scraping emails and neatly organizing them in a spreadsheet, I’ve got you covered. With just a few tools—Apollo, Apify, Make.com, and Google Sheets—you can set this up quickly and start saving loads of time. Here’s how to do it: What You’ll Need: - Apollo: For finding leads based on your target criteria. - Apify: To scrape the data from Apollo. - Make.com: To connect everything and automate the process. - Google Sheets: For storing all your lead data in one place. Step-by-Step Guide: Step 1: Search for Leads in Apollo 1. Log into Apollo (or create an account if you don’t have one). 2. Navigate to the People section in the sidebar. 3. Use filters like job title, location, industry, or persona to narrow down your search. 4. Once your list is ready, copy the URL from your browser. Step 2: Scrape Leads Using Apify 1. Log into Apify and search for the Apollo Scraper Actor.I recommend choosing the “Apollo Scraper – Scrape up to 50k leads” actor. 2. In the Input tab, paste the URL you copied from Apollo in the Search URL field. 3. Enter how many records you want to scrape. 4. Copy the JSON input (you’ll find it next to the “Manual” button). Step 3: Automate the Workflow with Make.com 1. Go to Make.com and create a new scenario (workflow). 2. Add the “Run an Actor” module for Apify:Connect your Apify account.Select the Apollo scraper actor and paste the JSON input you copied earlier.Save the module. 3. Add the “Watch Actor Runs” module to keep an eye on the scraper:Set up a webhook and connect your Apify account.Choose the Apollo scraper actor again. 4. Add the “Get Dataset Items” module to retrieve your scraped data:Use your dataset ID from Apify (you can find this in the Apify dashboard).Format the output as JSON, CSV, or whatever works best for you. Step 4: Export the Data to Google Sheets
