So this is the roadmap and ramp up stage for me and I want to CRUSH my goals in 2025..

I have 3 industry verticals I'm targeting and this is how its going to work:
- 6k Data Set for EACH vertical.
- Each Vertical Data Set will be split into 2 x 3k lists.
Each will have their own Campaign in Instantly.
so 2 campaigns in each vertical each with a single 3k data set
- So that's 18k leads I need at least 70% enriched and ready to rock and roll in Instantly by the 6th of Jan (first full week back in business)
- The sequence will be 3 emails long - nothing extreme
- 54,000 emails to complete the entire sequence inside of 1 month
- 54k / 20 working days Jan 2025 ( minus the first week because of the way it falls)
- 2700 emails per day required
- 20 outbound emails per inbox
I have 35.. I need to buy 100 more
So That's going to be 33-34 domains
Need at least 21 days warm up (so purchasing these asap).
So 18k if all the offers and the copy are right!
1-2% response rate target:
10-20% Positive Response
40% industry "average" close rate for outbound leads
Average deal size right now £12k
- £84k - £336k Total Revenue Potential.
Alongside this All 18k leads will be pushed into a LinkedIn Campaign.
MAX connection requests per day = 75 on Dripify max plan
2,250 Max over a month - Dips 50-60 over 25% of days
2000 on average
- Target of 20 leads over this data set
Another 24-36k revenue + 450/600 future network to cultivate
