Kettlebell training while traveling
Since I am traveling the first couple of days of this week, I want to ask you what are your best tips to train while you are away from your normal training place, either your home or your local gym? I have tried to do several things but usually during my travels It is just too inconvenient to train. Anyone had a good experience that you can share?

@Tatjana Fischer This is a good idea! I used to have a set. Back in the days...

I found these online https://www.goruck.com/collections/sand-kettlebells; the problem is where to get the sand. If you are downtown, it will look odd you "borrowing" the sand from the park. And it also requires good weather to train outside... Not to mention the weird shape of it, I would not be particularly happy If I get a bunch of sand on my face after a KB snatch.

@Oliver Filip welcome! I am not sure if I am a fan of longer workouts duration, but it really sounds like an interesting challenge! I only started a couple of days before you, we are practically kettlebell brothers !

@Brendan Stater-west welcome ! When I am as in Australia my wife and I wanted to live in Niece, to live near the Mediterranean beaches... We ended up in Tampa, Florida dodging hurricanes for two years in a row now 😁. How exciting to make wine!
What are your feelings when you are sore?
I had a discussion with my wife about the energy levels and the different mixed feelings that you have when you are sore, what are your thoughts? I personally feel stronger than ever! The feeling of the job done the knowing that tomorrow you will be stronger and you could hit those weights harder! I feel energized and well tired! But mostly revitalized!

@Ionut Lazau the feeling the day after! What I'm trying to say is that I feel the strongest when I'm very sore. Maybe it's the nerd on me knowing that after the pain comes the muscle reconstruction!
New KBs!
Exciting delivery! I also but the bullet and purchased a 8kg pro. I am almost though week one of the 30 day challenge. I'm not breaking a sweat at all. Should I up my weight? I've been using a 20 lb. Thanks guys for the inspo. Tracy

Congrats on the weight increase!! I love increasing weights! It is one of the most rewarding experiences 😃!! I was debating with myself 🥸, if I should buy the 32Kg from kettlebell kings or if I should buy adjustable, and the end I ended up with adjustable so I could maybe in the future buy the additional weights. However, I miss the shiny impressive colors!
How hard my muscles work doing 24kg kettlebell SNATCH ?
not sure if this was already shared (@Thomas Andersson , @Heli Kuru ?) cool visualization nonetheless https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcbue2A76RI&t=64s

I was watching the same video a couple of days ago. It is crazy! I bet if the guy had longer sleeves and larger pants, we will see all the other muscles engaging!

I am a tech nerd that likes to exercise! I've been a big fan of kettlebells for a long time.
