We set at our intentions promptly at 5, then we get to work at 5:05. We come back at 5:55pm for the prizing 🥳. This 50 minute pomodoro can be a great way to take a huge project and break it into smaller chunks. Or it can just be more support while you’re doing the humdrum of daily life (meal prep, dishes, vacuuming).

I was re-listening to the video where Wendy shares about throwing away just one piece of paper and celebrate! So simple jet so incredibly powerful. The last 18 months have been particularly rough for me and sometimes I feel lost and completely overwhelmed. But celebrating the small things, even as small as a receipt or a small piece of paper, is an incredibly powerful exercise. I invite you to try it! And don’t forget to comment below to let me know! BF and I had a great level up this past weekend. I also found a coach that I truly resonate with to help me show up the way I desire in the relationship. I have run a gamut of lowest low and an establishing a higher level of spiritual and emotional communication with this man. There is Neurodiversity involved. So it is a tricky path.

Dear sweet Ricki Curran was a very treasured member of our community for years! She used to be an integral member of the PCC volunteer team and she posted a lot in our old group. She's been out of touch since sometime in the middle of Covid, but I learned that this last week she made her transition very unexpectedly in her sleep. Her beloved husband, John, reached out to me to tell me, and also that she loved our tools and community so much! He said that he was going through her old journals now, and that over and over she referenced all the friends she had here and how much the PCC tools changed her life. I'm humbled to hear that and very sad about her passing. Ricki will be sorely missed... 👼🕊️❤️‍🩹
