Nim Lik/Nim Tao/The State
This post is inspired by @Dustin Berry from his recent post on “Nim Lik”. The following content that I am about to share are just notes that I have taken and observations made through my collection of sources about the topic and the mindset that I have now adapted to create a baseline or if you like an entry to becoming the State or Nim Tao/Nim Lik. Nim/Lim Tao - our consciousness of our own thoughts (Yi Lim) - the heart has memories. Do you have this idea/mindset? we all have heart, but do we have the right idea/mindset? We have a mind but do we have the idea? This awareness is what we need to learn. Form a habit by practicing the idea/mindset until this becomes an unconscious action (program). Practice being determined to stay still (concentration) to train your consciousness/wisdom. First sense the incoming movement/attack to avoid random movements of your own by being still to perform efficient counters and attacks when warranted. Understand the weakness of your opponents. Reminds us of fighting whilst standing but not to ignore the requirements of these details. Do not anticipate or try to achieve the desired result - we have to pay attention to meeting the requirements of each section of our body structure. With the structural requirements holistically met, the power/output will be limitless. The above is only to help you understand the certain mindset that you require to become the State. FEELING AND LIVING IN A CONSTANTLY HIGH SPIRITUAL INTENTION AMPLIFIES THE POWER OUTPUT. Having the right mindset, allows the practitioner to understand the key principles of this phenomenon. Hope this helps. Pleasure to grow with you all. LETS LEVEL UP TOGETHER!

Awesome!
This sounds a lot like Nim lik.
I believe there are two parts to what CST calls Nim lik and it's to be mined from the Sil Nim Tao form. one is the structure or shapes and the other is the concentration. https://youtu.be/ZuA484T1CHM?si=gTw49srZAcaf5ERW

@Dave Ellis The more I practice letting go daily the more peaceful I become. At the same time I feel like I'm detaching from the I self as a symptom of acceptance and trusting in Divine intelligence that everything is unfolding perfectly. Although I've become quite socially isolated and spend most of my time alone healing my body and mind im perfectly ok with that. Thank you for giving me the space to be vonrable. Peace and Harmony ❤✌
