Initially, the NJ client asked for videos similar to what we had done with a similar client in NY that include a bunch of brand videos and monthly content - but that NY project became a scope creep nightmare. Initially, NJ was looking to highlight their annual conference event, but after a few more convos, I understood what they really needed - they wanted to promote membership. So rather than giving them a boat load of deliverables, I went with a less-is-more approach that would address those needs. I proposed a package referencing the mini-anchor deliverables on the Content Savage sales deck and BOOM, the leadership team approved it.
