I can't emphasize enough how refreshing it was going through S.A.L.E.S., coming from the traditional sales experience, I never felt comfortable having transactional relationships. I see sales as the skill of building relationships on trust. Older sales tactics used to teach you to focus on closing and not building long-term value. SA Academy approach is reminding me that its okay to take your time building the relationship, caring about your prospects and ultimately serving their needs. This is what I like to call, selling with purpose. We're not here just for the money, we're here to help others and align them to new opportunities. Which is why its so important to be passionate about the product/service your providing or at least the industry you're in, as you can't sell what you don't believe in. Selling with passion and vision, goes a long way.

Happy Tuesday team! I'm Diego Tamrazov, originally from Ecuador (South America), now living in the beautiful state of California. I see myself as a highly motivated and passionate sales professional, with experience in Inside/Outside Sales, from Lead Generation roles to Closing. I grew up in a strong community, which taught me the value and empowerment of surrounding yourself with the correct people. This led to my passion of helping others regardless of the setting. Question: What's a skill you never thought you could have, but somehow life found its way to teach it to you? - I'll go first: Last year I became a boxing coach for a club called Title Boxing in California. I never saw myself as a fitness coach, but needless to say, its been one of the best experiences I've had in my whole life.
