I LOVE being a student! While I’m certified in Applied Positive Psychology and Holistic and Integrative Health, I’m not actually a certified coach just yet. I’ve been coaching for years, but I’m currently working on that certification. It isn’t necessary, but I’ve decided to do this to further my learning. Today, in one of my lessons, I learned something that reinforced something I already practice: repetition is key. Did you know that if you tell your audience something once, only about 10% will remember it? But if you say it six times, that jumps to 90%! (Wilson, 2020). It’s such a simple concept, but so powerful, right? The phrase my clients and audience hear me repeat over and over again is one they NEED to hear to process in their minds and bodies- the truth they need to download is “Holistic self-care is not a luxury, it’s an absolute necessity to create the life you want and desire.” What is the repetition statement that your audience/ client base needs to hear over and over?

I wanted to know if you all can tell me what to with this... So recently, I've been getting unexpected and not-asked-for feedback on my instagram acct. I don't necessarily use it for marketing anymore... it's more personal account but it does showcase some of my business... The thing is, my personal life is reflective of my business! 😉 Since I've been posting more frequently, people have been texting and d-ing me saying thigs like, "your instagram is a whole VIBE!" and "I love your branding!" and "You are such an inspiration!" Since I was not really being intentional with my instagram, should I do something with this new feedback I'm getting? Or keep doing what I' doing?
