Got around 15 bookings for a client in our first month of working together, from ads alone (no DBR). But, had a lot of no-shows or reschedules. We have a follow-up sequence (email / sms upon booking, then 24 hours before appointment, then 5 hours before appointment) but still not been delivering. Not sure if it's because there's a storm in the UK and people are reluctant to go outside lol, but wondering what you guys would suggest for me to increase our show-up rate?
