PHYSIQUE UPDATE - Transitioning into lean bulk in 1-2 weeks
When I look in the mirror I feel like a fucking machine at the moment. I literally have unlimited energy. I've been fasting 1-2 days in the week and then eating between 1,700-1,800 calories every day besides Sunday where I eat at maintenance. Transitioning into a lean bulk in 1-2 weeks, goal is to get to 9%-11% body fat first so IM pushing through the next 2 weeks
