Hello guys I’m currently converting my garage into a studio. However the wall is adjacent to my neighbors and you’re able to hear some of the noise they make when they’re at home. For the most part they’re quiet, do you guys think it’d be a good idea to Airbnb it or just stick to regular lease?

For the wall you could put sound proofing tiles on wall. Make it part of your design.
