Beginner
Just got added to the community. Excited to be here and learn from you all. My first question, I want to find apartments in NYC and start subleasing for > 30 days at time. Does anyone have any experience with rental arbitrage in the city? Curious to hear how it has gone for you so far. Happy to meet you in person and buy lunch.
