Any advice on dealing with gate keeping agents and getting through to homeowners? How else can I offer them value? I offer to even pay them and explain the scale up and how that could be mutually beneficial

Hello guys I’m currently converting my garage into a studio. However the wall is adjacent to my neighbors and you’re able to hear some of the noise they make when they’re at home. For the most part they’re quiet, do you guys think it’d be a good idea to Airbnb it or just stick to regular lease?
