Real life example of healthy choices… So I am not making this up I am currently sitting on the subway as I write this Heading downtown to a concert Now there are many diffrent options I can go too & so Meet with my friends for drinks … Then get a pizza before event… But how is this going to help me maintain my health/ physique? I don’t even like pizza so if I’m going to cheat on something it won’t be that So here’s what I did First I planned out my day & macros / cals ahead of time Second couple mins before I left I had some shrimp & rice (I’m not some crazy maniac where I am going too or want you too Cary cold chicken on the bus/frixge/car) Third I chose to meet freinds at event & go to chipotle For the best thing to eat & what to eat/ “How to eat healthy on the go” It is in the module with “all the pdfs” Now Why chipotle High protein High volume low carb I know the macros/cals are 90-95% accurate I ENJOY IT! Plus I walked from their to the show for more steps If I went for the pizza & drinks I’d feel like shit & look like shit plus I know tomorrow I am going out again so maybe then I will “cheat” a little bit Now dose this mean you have to sacrifice everyday or your life for your sucess Absolutely not But I’m writing this to make you realize & understand as I always say Small grades changes Or choices They build up to larger things Consistency is the key Win the day You got this We got this Enjoy ✌️
