Bought, thank you for putting this on!
Caffeinated drinks
Do you think taking caffinated drinks early on in the day is fine sometimes? I sometimes take drinks like redbull or monster early morning if I know I will need to get a lot of work done. I usually have 1-2 of these days in my week rn do you think that it will harm my sleep even if I have it really early i.e after waking up?

After years of drinking coffee I realized it's messing with my endocrine levels (energy levels). I have since decided I won't use coffee to get work done. I am currently working on taking it easy in mornings and doing exercises every morning when I first wake up before stimuli.
Stop the Spiral: 5 Urgent Steps to Rescue Your Week from Unproductivity
Hey Supercharged Entrepreneurs, Ever had one of those DISASTER days where you get (almost) ZERO work done? That was my Wednesday. It started when I woke up 45 minutes late missing my 5am 'Needle Work' session. Or perhaps it started on Tuesday when I got to bed 45 minutes later. Maybe I was late to bed because I didn't meditate that day causing me to be more distracted.. And the day before I didn't eat enough calories leading me to feel sluggish and tired. And so. I hope you're getting the point. One day of unproductivity is usually down to failures further up the 'funnel'. Poor sleep habits, bad diet, dehydration, not meditating etc. So how do you bounce back and stop the 1 day of failure turning into the whole week? Here are the 5 Urgent Steps to Rescue Your Week From Unproductivity: Step 1: Accept First things first, acknowledge that you've had an off day. Accept it. Don't beat yourself up. Even the greats have their bad days. The difference is they don't let one bad day derail their entire week. Step 2: Analyze Sometimes bad days happen. Unfortunately it costs you because as an entrepreneur time IS money. Employees don't care if they have an off day. They get paid anyway. But as a Supercharged Entrepreneur, You MUST analyze what went wrong so you can stop it from ever happening again! Was it really just a late night, or is there something more? You need to dig deep and find the root cause of your unproductivity. Only then can you start to fix it. Step 3: Adjust Now that you know what's wrong, adjust your plan. If you missed your 'Needle Work' session, reschedule it. If you ate poorly, prep your meals. Make the necessary changes to your routine to ensure you're set up for success. I recommend using your Daily Action Planner and then get to bed EARLY so you're well rested for tomorrow. Step 4: Act Don't wait until 'tomorrow' to start your new plan. Begin with the next thing you can do, even if it's small. Remember, Action Begets Action!

To avoid sadness, I need to be impeccable. This means having a set of daily activities for my mental, physical, and spiritual health. By doing these consistently, I'll be a rock star, achieving and growing. This approach will prevent sadness. The way I do one thing is how I do everything, so I must maintain high standards for my spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. You say it way better. I'm in, LETS GET IT

To get back on track: 1. What is the desired end result? - It is my belief that we are to dwell upon the goal. To think about it. 2. What was the pain that caused me to make a change and reach new heights? - Remember the pain that I have caused myself in the past. The pain from the low was normally so intense that it pushed me to new heights.
