How do I build a personal brand?
I run a creative agency called Edittifi. We are excellent at what we do. We have an amazing portfolio. We have some offers which no one has on the planet. But how do I get clients? At this point, we know that Cold Outreach is just kind of dying. So building a personal brand is the best option I guess. But on what should I make content? what kind of videos do I have to make?

Cold outreach isn't dying. But if building a personal brand is what you're after, just document the results you get for your current clients on social media platforms where your target audience hangs out the most. Since you have an amazing portfolio and offer, it shouldn't be too difficult to get inbound leads from this.

I’m wondering what you guys think is better, a subscription community or free? @Stephen G. Pope what made you decide to go with a free community? I’ve heard so many great things about the subscriptions.

With so much free generic content and groups out there, I'd create free content on socials but have a low-ticket paid group.

Any tips on cold outreach?
I have been doing a bunch off different kinds of texts i send out as cold outreach. But nothing seems to give any effects maybe get about 5 answers per 50-100 outreaches. So does anyone have any tips i can implement to get a higher answer rate?

Take the time to study each prospect. Scale back to customize your messages, and scale up by delegating to outreach specialists once you've found success doing it yourself

I am creating an online course. Now, where do I want to host it? I love the community aspect of Skool, but can it really host video courses like Teachable or Kajabi? What are y'all using? What are the pro and cons?

If the community aspect is what you're after, Skool or Circle. I wouldn't overthink it though. Get feedback from your audience and pick whatever has the most votes
