Tell us about a trip you took that was special to you. Where did you go? What did you do? Why was it memorable? Example: "Last summer, I went to Paris with my family. We visited the Eiffel Tower and enjoyed the beautiful views. It was an unforgettable experience because I had always dreamed of going to Paris." Hi everyone! For anyone doing the writing workshop, this week, we’re diving deeper into building complex characters and creating the settings for our stories. Instead of a live session, please follow these steps and share your work in the comments for feedback. I thought this would be more effective given that it is a writing workshop and not a speaking one, so you can write in the comments, send me a direct message, or write on some paper and take a picture. What to Do: 1. Character Development: Who is your character? What motivates them? What personal conflict do they face? 2. Setting Creation: Where does your story take place? How does the setting affect the mood or your character’s actions? 📝 Homework: Combine your character and setting into the first paragraph of your story. Post your paragraph in the comments below, and I’ll provide feedback! If you need help or have questions, feel free to reach out.
