Why I Exercise
Hey Killers This is a pic of my son and I at the summit of Mont Tremblant. Every year we do a challenging hike. This year I wasn’t sure if my back would allow me to do it. But over the last month, I built up my walking volume, slowly built up my resistance training and was able to crush this hike in 3 hrs with my boy. I want to be able to do whatever, whenever and this is the focus of my longevity based training.

Where are you from? Living in Ottawa, ON currently serving with over 25 yrs, 12.5 INF and MP now. What fitness and health goals are you working on? Better eating habits and to lean up as I’m 6,2” usually sit around 198 but I’m now 218. I had major back surgery and elbow surgery. My other elbow may require surgery but I’m attending physio currently. I walk a lot with our puppy but can’t stick to a plan. Workouts first thing that gets canceled. I do have a home gym. What immediate help do you need? Exercise plan and healthy eating habits (chips and ice cream) I quit alcohol over a year ago and put on an extra 20lbs. Motivation and encouragement to stick with plan or reprogram my brain for exercise. Thanks Dave! For the invite.
