Morning All
Another calendar quote (without photo) from yesterday stated:- “Start where you are, Use what you have, Do what you can” This is your journey, & this is my final week of the 8 week plan & opportunity that Kieran has presented to all of us for a better start that will never finish because fitness is not about a temporary solution; it’s a lifelong commitment for keeping you in optimum shape for both body & mind & to attain a healthy lifestyle that will naturally follow your effort; dedication & commitment. Hope to see you guys sometime down the road, stay healthy, & stay fit.

Push Your Limts
Very apt for what we are all doing here, in order to get to the next level you have to challenge what you think are your limits and push beyond them & if that takes you beyond your comfort zone then you’ve achieved the goal of challenging your limits To your health guys

Week 1
Hi All, I have completed my first week of the Better Body Transformation. All going well with the program so far. I’m more energetic and not bloated anymore. I thought I would find it difficult staying at 1800 calories but that hasn’t been a problem yet. Exercise is going well I’m following the home workouts although. I usually like to run but I currently have an injury which I hope clears up soon. Be of luck everyone keep doing what you’re doing.

Happy Friday Guys
Are you ordinary or extraordinary ?? I feel that I have to be extraordinary in my approach to health & fitness, being ordinary is probably what 75/80% of sedentary people do, to make a big difference to your health & fitness and to look after yourself physically it has to be extraordinary as you are looking to achieve above average & above normal results. What you guys think 🤔??

Lads, I was out incline training yesterday evening, when I had almost finished my set route, the distance clock was at 6.25 kms., my choice to finish at 6.25 kms or push to 7kms 🤷‍♂️ I chose to push to 7kms, this is the difference between saying “that’s enough” or making that decision for the last push beyond what I set out to do. To put what I do in to perspective; I can burn almost twice the amount of calories by doing a fast paced incline walking V someone walking to 10000 steps /8 kms at a moderate pace that will burn up to 300/400 calories. It takes 3500 calories to burn up 1lb so you can get an idea of how many 10000 steps you will need to walk to burn off 300/400 calories or instead you can up the ante and find as many inclines / hills as you can on your journey To your health
