7 key elements of Mindfulness
- Non-judging. Be an impartial witness to your own experience. Become aware of the constant stream of judging and reacting to inner and outer experiencePatience. - A form of wisdom, patience demonstrates that we accept the fact that things sometimes unfold in their own time. Allow for this Beginner’s Mind. Remaining open and curious allows us to be receptive to new possibilities and prevents us from getting stuck in the rut of our own expertiseTrust. - Develop a basic trust with yourself and your feelings. Know it’s OK to make mistakes - Non-Striving. The goal is to be with yourself right here, right now. Pay attention to what is unfolding without trying to change anything - Acceptance. See things as they are. This sets the stage for acting appropriately in your life no matter what is happening - Letting Go. When we pay attention to our inner experience, we discover there are certain thoughts, emotions and situations the mind wants to hold onto. - Let your experience be what it is right now

Astral projection [Simple explained]
you guys get to be the first to gain access to my Astral knowledge, these are just tips on what you can expect, things you can do, to start with Astral Projection. 1. Mindset The ability to astral project, is something the “average” person can achieve. One does not have to be a perfect being, handle energy like a master, lead a perfect life. Having the correct perspective and being confident from the start will help a lot. 2. Spirit Guides There are very well-intentioned beings who are invested in our growth and progress. Throughout time they’ve had many names. Spirit guides, helpers, angels, masters, extraphysical mentors Knowing we have their support motivates us to go further with confidence. 3. Relaxed Mind When attempting to have an astral projection, our racing mind must be subdued. Our thoughts must be cleared out enough to focus on what we want to accomplish. Deep breathing, is one of the many strategies which can help quieting down those distracting thoughts. 4. Emotional Control when it comes to projecting, it’s not about the emotion itself, rather how we react to it. In order to have an OBE, our emotions must be somewhat balanced. Do I consider myself mostly emotionally balanced or am I on an emotional rollercoaster constantly? Our emotional state has a direct effect on our energetic state and vice-versa. 5. Energetic State All living beings have an energetic component and it plays a major role in our ability to have an astral projection. This system must also have a certain level of balance By constantly observing our energetic interactions, mental and emotional states, we can modify ourselves enough to gradually reach the desired balance. 6. No fear it is only natural to be hesitant when diving into it all. There is a fear of not coming back or someone else taking over our body while we are projected. Research shows that leaving the physical body is as safe as going to sleep every night. With these conclusions we can set fear aside. No fear means we can relax further and reach the desired energetic states to project.

Astral projection [Simple explained]
Ego took control without noticing❤️‍🔥
3 lessons I've learnt from reading Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday I've recently finished reading Ego is the enemy and I'm currently going through my highlights to process it. Here's 3 lessons I've learnt so far: 1. Awareness is the first step to progress Ego impacts our life in subtle ways without our knowledge. It's a hidden saboteur that can knock us off course without us knowing. The first step to gain control is be aware and accept it has influence over you. 2. Ego is a plaster to cover fear Ego is a plaster to cover over your fear and insecurity. It provides a temporary fix, instead of a long-term solution. The real solution is to face our fears and insecurities. 3. Don't believe your own bull**** A simple mistake ambitious people can make is to get absorbed into the stories you tell yourself. You start to believe your own bullshit This creates a barrier between what we think we know and what we need to know. This is where ego gets to work. It pressures the barrier and creates cracks. Once it's in, it widens the cracks. It starts to widen the gap between what we think we know and what we need to know. The solution is to always remember lesson 1.

This group is out inspiration from my mentor: https://www.discoverhealing.life/7-day-mindset-reboot?aff=2117a3167a690220377cdb29e628d8506abfb0f41f58b7853fc72e9a2696d380 Deffinitely go to him if u really want a life changing coach. He changed my life completely, I'm the person now thanks to his wisdom. Unlocked my skills by just following his course, think of what he can do when coachinf you! I learned that Mindfulness can be used on anything, changing the way you think, learn to be non-judgemental, learn to observe your feelings and thoughts, control your emotions, staying grounded and journaling with reflection These are the basic things of understanding and ths beginning of your ultimate self development journey. Do this with all of your attention, 100% of your intentions and believe in it, dont judge!

Introducing Yourself, Being Fully Aware
Introducing yourself isn't the most fun thing to do, and most will do it quick with not really introducing themselves. I want you to be fully aware of this moment Introducing yourself, this way we really get to know each other, this way is a start for you into the the Ultimate Self Development Guide. First just tell us your name, age, just a quick headliner, then while noting your hobbies or interest and ask why do I like this? Here are some more questions, choose at least 5 of em: - What makes me feel alive? - What are my core values? - How does anger/grief/anxiety/happiness present in my body? - What is the fear beneath one of my surface fears? - What choice or decision feels most authentic to me right now? - At the end of my life, what will I hope to have experienced? - What is most difficult for me to accept about myself? - What do I judge in others that I, too, embody sometimes? - What matters most to me? - How would I describe the relationship I have with myself? - If I only had one year left to live, how would I spend it? Goodluck!
