One of my most powerful night time routines is to lay in bed and get into that meditative state of mind prior to falling asleep. And I simply ask "What's next?" I do not listen for an answer. I simply broadcast out into the universe- tell me. I'm ready. And if I miss it, put it back infront of me until I see it. I wake up KNOWING. Or I have a dream that clearly lays out my next step. As for the morning- I wake up and upon becoming fully conscious- I go inward. What am I feeling? Where am I feeling it? When I think of the day ahead, what emotions come up? I don't so much as sit up until I'm clear on who I am and what my goal is for the day. This has been really helpful on keeping the world at bay. Life can get chaotic and 'stuff' happens- but it won't change who I am or what I feel about myself or my life.

@Lea Ann Perkins it's unseasonably cold here! We normally don't get these lows until January. But a few years back we had an early and cold winter and the next spring was glorious- so I'm looking forward to repeated patterns. lol I've not been to Utah yet, either. It's on our plan for a western road trip when Matt retires in two years. We want to spend months out there just roaming and taking it in!

@Lea Ann Perkins definitely a challenge! We have a camper that we pull around when we have the chance. A couple years ago we took it on a 21 day road trip from here to NC to visit family (and the beach!), to Atlanta to see the whale sharks at the aquarium, to Fort Myers Fl to the everglades and then down into the keys! Was an incredible time. Seeing such a diversity of landscapes and environments in such a short time was awe inspiring!
My New Story
We all have a story we tell ourselves. We have limiting beliefs that hold us back. The best way to defeat these limiting beliefs is by changing our identity. You change your identity by changing the story you tell yourself. Stop listening to the limiting beliefs, and start feeding yourself with hope. Create a story that will change your perspective, and ultimately your beliefs about yourself and what you are capable of. ⬇️ Comment below with one of your limiting beliefs and what story you will use to shift your identity.

Here's a limiting belief I changed not too long ago- I was struggling with my vision for my business and what I wanted. It was like nothing was clear. I ended up gaining clarity by integrating "I have secured my path in life." into my programming. With that came confidence and relief in moving forward.

@Lea Ann Perkins Thank you! It's a science and an art. lol
Vision Boards
Vision boards are very helpful for "seeing" where you are going. If you have created a vision board for yourself, please share a snapshot of it below to help others get ideas, inspiration, and understanding of how powerful a vision board can be.

My vision board is in my mind... but I wish I could share it! The future me is living an incredible life (though in all fairness, present me has it really good, too) lol

👈 Let’s move beyond the patterns and emotions holding you back. If you dream of who you want to be, but don’t know how to get there- I’m your girl!
