Day 5 FMD right into Liver Flush
So the FMD was fairly easy foodwise. It seemed to dislodge some unrest that I will continue processing this weekend. Having MOY at the tail end I think provoked more discomfort, which is all good, I want to move that through, and this weekend will be quiet time, with my journal and meditation. As I sit this morning after my morning after dose of epsom salts, I was gifted with this view right out my beside window. The picture does not do the sky intensity justice. I want to be out in it vs taking picture of it, but alas, that is a bit too far from the bathroom at this stage of the flush :) What that does do is inspire me to be getting up early and starting my day for me again before or at sunrise, vs getting up for work, which means a bit more sleep.

Happy Friday everyone. Quick question regarding daily caloric intake - are we able to eat OMD and have all 500 or 600 calories at once? I'm a true kapha and do better with longer fasting times but wasn't sure if that much at once would negatively impact HGH and ketosis
