Thought I’d share this insight of mine in the form of a guide. Eat Like A Colonizer Ask yourself, how did people that colonized literal civilizations keep the people from revolting? How did the Spanish keep a civilization (the Aztec’s) of literally millions of people under their rule? It’s simple, aside from having technological advances, they were controlling the masses diet! Here’s another question for you. What did the peasants eat? Did they have access to food rich in fats, protein? The answers no. They were fed GRAIN! Yes, that’s right, the shitty cereal that you’ve been eating every morning is fucking you up. Think about it, grains are seeds, and seeds overall are difficult to digest for humans. Add that on top of the pesticides, disgusting preservatives and putrid exterior coatings they use to keep the grain “fresh.” You may come in with the argument that nuts are seeds, yea they are but the big differing factor is that they’re rich in fats which are good for hormonal regulation. Back to why grains are bad! Every time you eat grain, every slice of bread you eat, every grain of rice that you consume, you’re filling your body with ALL of those shitty pesticides, preservatives and PHOSPHINE ! (Phosphine can literally cause cardiovascular complications that can LEAD TO DEATH in 12-24 hours. It literally shuts your liver down!) You may ask “but we don’t have long claws to cut through flesh!” Let me take you through a Time Machine. A couple thousands years ago, no matter how strong humans were back then, we weren’t just gonna brutally rip a wooly mammoth to shreds? Or take down Mastedons with our bare hands? No we used our intelligence 90% of the time and a prominent method of hunting down these beasts was to wear down the prey, to use our intellect. Physically speaking, in the kingdom of living organisms there are so many animals that are physically superior than us but the reason we’ve been able to literally wipe species off the face of the earth, and dominate would be due to our intelligence.
