Stress bucket exercise
Hey everyone, I've uploaded a new resource into the classroom called the Stress Bucket exercise. Stress is like water filling a bucket. When it overflows, we feel overwhelmed. This exercise helps you identify what's adding stress to your bucket and how to release it before it overflows. By understanding your stress triggers and creating ways to manage them, you can stay more balanced. Take a few minutes to reflect on your stressors and coping strategies. Morning all
So it’s Thursday. What is everybody’s plan to finish the week strong? I will be finalising an outline to a presentation, creating a strawman of the accompanying slide deck and hopefully outlining a webinar.

So I managed to complete the outline of my webinar. Tomorrow I will add the detail and start to put together the slides to accompany it. Also managed to have a gentle work out (to ease back into it) and.have walked 3 miles today. Plus water consumption has been great today. How did you get on?
