Hello, good to be here, a small background for me im the youngest of 4 boys & a big extended step family. Im 27 years old, my panic started when i was a child i couldnt sleep & felt episodes of dread & insanity as a child i had no idea what this was, it just grew with me until I started experiencing disasociative symptoms where i felt like i was insane or floating out of my Body. I was able to float through life until 2021 when my now wife got pregnant with our baby girl i had an accident at work, was experiencing a dangerous possible life threatening situation i wont go into detail with & had ptsd due to fear of past concussion injuries becoming cte it all came down, i couldnt sleep, would wake up in delusions, full on panic, dread, crying, confusion, dpdr beyond comprehension & when i finally got it sorted with time i began smoking marijuana as a coping mechanism. This year has been hard working 12 hour shifts, living back home with my family, constant stimulation from my toddler & a nasty virus. One bad high while still sick & on antibiotics in july & my whole life came crashing apart now i feel insane again after being good for 2 years, struggling to even exist my panic, dpdr are so bad now i missed work all week, it feels like im being tortured alive its hard to even be left home alone. It started as frightening episodes now its pretty consistent but i know this is the next step to survive this hell. Thanks for having me 🤗
