Hey guys and girls just curious on if I should do one a day or two a days in the gym as a bigger doing weight loss and when to have rest days and do I weight train and do cardio everyday. Thanks

Dont over extend yourself bro , 1 solid workout a day with some cardio is all you need man. The all or nothing mindset can be damaging when first starting out. Taking on to much committing to so much and the minute you burn out or get tired I’ve seen it a million times guys quit. Recovery is equally important. You’ll see your major weight loss gains from the nutrition side of things bro !!!

Super proud of the community. The support everyone gives everyone is fucking BEAUTIFUL !!!! so happy to be apart of something so special. Understand this journey is going to be difficult. It’s going to test you. It’s going to see if you’re really about that new you and new life you’re always thinking about or if you’re just talking! We are going to have good days and bad days but as long as we don’t give up and keep fighting it was a win regardless of what happened. Stay focused and stay commited and REMEMBER why you started.
