Waking up happy and sober there is still so many hours left in the day for much more wins I'll get back to yall after I kill this day!

Get my water in and cardio and keep my mentality sharp and keep my sobriety in action! I have past the one month mark and couldn't be happier I am learning to love myself more and more each day and learning more about sober life and how much more it has to offer thanks everyone !!

Well woke up this morning feeling refreshed I added apple cider vinegar to my diet gunna give that a try and see how that Favours in. Other then that I feel like I got myself tuned in on a schedule that works for me gunna slowly work my way up and kick some ass on the way to the top!!
