time limit on recovery of funds?
Is there a time limit from when a fund can be paid? or will it always be there to collect? and also its said to typically take 180 days to be able to have the funds available. what am i to say to the owner if funds are available but it just sold ?

Tax surplus funds can take half a year or more. Mortgage surplus funds can get done in less than 90 days from what we’ve seen.
