Do tax foreclosures require more documents to be submitted than mortgage foreclosures?

Hey Guys I''m Back, I'm looking to make this my niche. I have been on line in my county Miami-Dade, logged in to the County's Deed Sales. I have a list of the properties that are going up for auction for December. And I have a list of properties that were over bidded in November. Some are for mortgages and some are for tax deeds. My job is to find the owners (skip trace) before the auction and offer them a cash deal or a terms deal with a lease option. To help them not lose the property at the auction and get evicted and destroy their credit. To build a relationship with the seller so that if they do lose the property, we can get them the surplus funds. I'm excited Any positive responses are appreciated as I am about to get back in the classroom.

Hey guys, I was on the live with CJ and Carlos last night. And the vibe was good. I believe that if no one showed up and I came on late that they would still be there for me. I can't say enuff about what they are giving back to this community. Although my investor wants me to be more focused on his agenda. I am really motivated by this teaching by CJ and Carlos.
