Hey Guys I''m Back, I'm looking to make this my niche. I have been on line in my county Miami-Dade, logged in to the County's Deed Sales. I have a list of the properties that are going up for auction for December. And I have a list of properties that were over bidded in November. Some are for mortgages and some are for tax deeds. My job is to find the owners (skip trace) before the auction and offer them a cash deal or a terms deal with a lease option. To help them not lose the property at the auction and get evicted and destroy their credit. To build a relationship with the seller so that if they do lose the property, we can get them the surplus funds. I'm excited Any positive responses are appreciated as I am about to get back in the classroom.
