Human Design
Brothers who study human design, here is my chart. I have noticed during meditation or breath work that the energy flowing up the spine from the root becomes trapped/constricted at the G center(my mid back). This is my indication that something needs work. Any advice or techniques to help open that up?

I have joined a local meditation class that meets every Tuesday and Thursday. Currently, it is made up of the instructor and two guys. It’s become very powerful. Additionally, it has been refreshing to have a great small group of guys to build brotherhood with in those intimate moments.

@Joseph Rice Being able to cultivate that close, sacred, and intimate container is profound. In our sessions, our guide opens the space to explore different methods of meditation. (Mudras, breathing styles, sound, yoga integration, etc.) I have found my mind responds very well to different hand gestures or mudras. Post session, we open up and talk about our experience.

Work Successes
So grateful that I was able to set time aside today and rearrange my schedule so that I could focus and work on a major work project. Was finally able to complete my 5 year strategic plan!
