Inspired by my man @Weston Price this early morning and by the words of Alex Hormozi « start then learn, not learn the start » I just want to send out a friendly reminder. JUST START ALREADY!!! Often we tend to overthink things and we justify our inaction by stating that we are not ready yet. Athletes do not become elite at there sport by sitting on the sidelines.
