How do you use gamification in the community. What kinds of challenges do you use to boost connectivity and conversations within your communities?

How can you tell who has viewed content in the classroom? Can you see how many times content has been viewed?

My Skool community is about to switch to a paid membership and I want to make sure I am not overlooking some "best practices" for doing so. The plan is for the group to be free for the first 40 members (I am at 39 members 😲) and then start charging a very small amount like $1.99 for 41-50, $2.99 for 51-75, $3.99 for 76-100 and jump up to $37.99 for 101-200, $67.99 for 201+ etc. Thoughts?

I have a few things that I want to list as available to unlock at higher levels - like a bi-weekly group zoom call and a one-on-one call. How can I list those in the leaderboard are? I see that courses show up there when you assign them but things like the zoom calls I do not see a way to list them.
