Welcome to The Sober October Challenge! This is going to be an exciting 4 weeks of challenging yourself not to drink, and find new and fun ways to get healthy and reset yourself before the holidays! This is the private community! This is the Mineral Mastermind Program, something I created from my RCP certification! This program itself has helped me gain my energy and health back since being sick with Mold Illness. Give my body what it needs is a big part of the healing journey! It got me thinking deeply about the role of Vitamin C in our health, especially in today's tech-driven world. Let me share what I learned and why it's so crucial for us. The Antioxidant Power of Vitamin C Vitamin C, known for its immune-boosting properties, plays a vital role in maintaining our cellular health. It acts as a powerful antioxidant, helping to balance the redox (reduction-oxidation) processes within our cells. This balance is essential for our mitochondriaā€”the powerhouses of our cellsā€”to function optimally. Mitochondria and Oxidative Stress Our mitochondria are responsible for producing energy, but they also generate free radicals as byproducts. These free radicals can cause oxidative stress, damaging cells and leading to various health issues. My Top Foods: -Oranges -Kiwis -Red Bell Peppers -Camu Camu berry 2. **Supplements**: Considering a high-quality Vitamin C supplement to ensure I'm meeting my daily needs, especially during times of increased stress or illness. -As of now I'll be supplementing with Ascorbic Acid (A different view on the RCP) with this form off amazon
