Your highest skill(s) - Adaptability & Digital Literacy I managed to pivot to a technology-related role, despite having a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Management and having my career started in an Operations role. Your lowest skill(s) - Conflict Resolution Skills & Side Hustles I ranked conflict resolution skills low as I'm unable to recall the success rates of resolving conflict and sometimes, when the conflict isn't worth the fight, I would avoid it and focus on things that matter more. While I have a side hustle selling therapeutic tools, such as modern calligraphy books, brush pens, crystal gua sha, etc., it's not considered successful. I have even visited Guangzhou, China, to explore its crystal, clothing, and shoe wholesale centres. While I managed to discover good-quality products, I fared poorly in my marketing skills. A skill you're working on—I'm working on a digital process automation business because it's a business where I could work anywhere I like, and I won't be holding on to physical inventory, which I currently am. As someone who could communicate in mandarin, I did think of offering sourcing services but only if I meet people who need it. For now, I will focus on digital process automation related. A skill you want to work on - Self-doubt would be what's holding me back! This is a recurring theme and hence, showing up on skool's communities is what keeps me going!

@Chris Wilson 🤝 Looking for jobs on UpWork to build my portfolio, and making time to upskill and discover processes that can be automated, & use cases that help businesses.

@Louise Aquino You're impressive too! You being a chef means you know how to whip up delicious meals with what you have. It's an essential skill 🤤

What's holding me back? I would think it's the lack of personal confidence coupled with procrastination. Happy Winter Solstice! It's almost the end of the day here in Singapore & I would like to share my DONE list. ✅️ Confirmed my colour palettes, fonts, & icon for my digital process automation business ✅️ Redid one slide deck to showcase a case study on UpWork portfolio ✅️ Summarised 2025 guidance pointers (visited a fengshui master weeks ago but just reviewed & noted down on my Notion - it could be absurd to some but I have too many ideas/thoughts going on so I felt I needed it 😂) ✅️ Swept & run ✅️ Completed a 30min/3.6km run ✅️ Listened to positive affirmations

@Lexie Rory it depends on one's belief - based on one's birth chart e.g. date and time of birth, one may have varying levels of elements i.e. earth, water, metal, fire, and wood. These elements also vary during the first and last half of the year - which means that one would require more of certain elements to facilitate a better year. Also, with the varying levels of elements, one may be suitable for certain business etc. The person I visited combined bazi, zi wei dou shu and life path numerology and advised me accordingly, from the food to eat more of, the colours to wear more of, the exercises to do more of etc.

One skill I have been wanting to have - this is definitely a tough question because it requires me to get out of comfort zone. A few skills I have been wanting to have/dreaming of: - Effective at selling - Articulate well - Jump back to optimism quickly instead of dwelling in pessimism - Being charismatic - Being confident So now... what do I choose? These days I have been listening to positive affirmations via Spotify. One thing that I learned about myself after sleeping too late these days is that I tend to feel better by sleeping earlier and more. Hence! My challenge is to sleep earlier, between 11-12pm instead of 1-2.30am 😅

Day 11 - 90-Day Transformation:
Today, stuck to my routine: 5 AM run, extra shots, and some stretching. Felt good to get moving, especially since I’m noticing my body’s getting stronger, more energy, and my form’s getting better. Skipped buying something I didn’t need, so that felt like a win. Hung out with my friends, stayed focused, and finished up with 15 minutes of journaling. Overall, solid day, no distractions, just straight progress.

If You Could Describe Your 2024 Financial Journey in One Word, What Would It Be?
2024 was all about growth for me, personally, professionally, and financially. If I had to sum it up in one word, it’d be intentional. From cutting back on small, unnecessary expenses to reinvesting in Sungaze Coffee and our Airbnb properties, every choice had a purpose. Even the simple habits, like brewing coffee at home instead of grabbing it on the go, made a difference. Those small wins stacked up, bringing me closer to my bigger goals. So, what about you? How would you describe your 2024 financial journey in just one word? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear about your progress this year! 🚀💸

Looking back at 2024. The one word would be Align. It's been a wild ride, from thinking that I found my lifelong partner to marrying and to making that decision to divorce. To outsiders, I might be crazy. For myself, it's a great life lesson. Does his words and actions align? Does his true values (not what he says, but his actions, decisions) align with mine? Making the decision to spend my time with him taught me a lot about myself; that I'm capable of loving, I'm able to be patient by stepping out of the current situation. Making the decision to break out of the marriage after considering the questions related to the word align is the best financial decision I have made. It taught me how important your life partner's mindset around finances are - imagine the money you have earned, saved and invested and if he/she don't pull his/her weight, thinks that your wealth is theirs and with their words and actions don't align, your financial goals journey may be lengthened... Hence, the one word align would sum up my lessons learned on financial in 2024.
